What is the UHO Sales opportunity?
UHO Sales is an optional opportunity available to all UHO Crew members. As a UHO Representative, you can earn commission by working with Unheard Of Labor to secure new projects and partnerships. Many of our crew already have connections in their fields of expertise, such as construction, logistics, music, film, sports, or general skilled labor. This program allows you to turn those connections into income — with the full backing and credibility of Unheard Of Labor supporting you.
Why does UHO Labor offer this?
Unheard Of Labor exists to put skilled hands to work. To do that, we need projects to staff. By offering this program to our trusted crew members, we create a win–win:

Who is UHO Sales for? — Everyone.
This program is open to everyone, but made for those who see opportunity instead of dreaded “sales”. Many of our crew already freelance or subcontract, lining up gigs on their own — we just make it easier. As a UHO Representative, you deliver your skills, connections, and credibility under a trusted company that’s staffed the Olympics, Run Disney, FIFA World Cup Announcements, major festivals, and world tours. As well as an active partnership with RedHouse Productions. You earn commission whether you work the gig or not, with a network of 100+ vetted crew ready to work. It’s a no-pressure way to turn your industry relationships into income while establishing consistent work for the team as we grow together. This is a great low-pressure opportunity to strengthen valuable sales skills and keep everyone getting paid!
How does the commission work?
Commission: 10% of Gross Margin (avg. $5/head on standard labor jobs).
Upsell Accelerator: Earn 15% on all work billed above the minimum rate.
Quarterly Bonus Tier: Once you meet your quarterly KPI, commission jumps to 18% of GM.
Annual Bonus Tier: After meeting annual KPI, you’ll earn 20% commission on all sales for the rest of the year.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid once the project is completed and the client’s invoice has been paid in full. Payments are issued the same way you’re paid for UHO Crew Assignments, standard direct deposit.
Can I work the jobs I bring in?
Yes — not automatically. UHO Reps do receive first consideration for project assignments you secure, but final placement depends on qualifications, certifications, and availability at the time of service.
* That’s also the benefit, let’s say you’re already working at that time, or it requires a cert you don’t have yet, no worries, UHO Labor can still fill it, and you still make commission. Everyone wins!
Do I need to handle all the paperwork and contracts? – No.
Once you submit a UHO Sales Submission Form, UHO Admin handles the heavy lifting — proposals, onboarding, compliance, insurance, and staffing logistics.
You simply submit the UHO Sales Submission Form and let the UHO Labor take care of the rest.
What kind of work?
Any project where Unheard Of Labor can staff skilled or general labor — for example:
* Construction (commercial, residential, industrial)
* Live event production (concerts, festivals, trade shows, corporate events)
* Sports, music, and entertainment productions
* Film and television crews (grip, set, rigging, and support)
* Logistics and transport support (load-in/load-out, warehousing, moving, and setup)
If you’re connected to companies, contractors, or production teams hosting or working in these spaces, there’s a good chance UHO can staff their project.

What is the annual sales incentive?
At the end of each year, the Top UHO Sales Rep will receive a paid experience — local or traveling — equivalent to a set percentage of their total annual sales. The reward is designed to celebrate your hard work with something unforgettable.

1. Have you completed the UHO Welcome Form?
– If not, do that now and add “Sales” where it says UHO Crew under Role

3. You’ll gain access to the UHO Sales Toolkit — including lead templates, sales training, and support.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t a catch — but there is accountability. This is a performance-based role; you don’t have to be a part of UHO Sales to still be UHO Crew and work jobs. If you want to make commission, you can; we aim to keep it simple. UHO’s reputation depends on professionalism and reliability. If you’re serious about building your income and representing UHO Labor with integrity, you’ll have every tool and opportunity to succeed.
