Step 2: UHO Invoice
Submit upon completion of every UHO Assignment. Select ALL dates worked.
* Include preferred payment method (Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, etc + phone number / email / username) required *
All Independent Contractors are required to submit a W-9 once per Tax year.
Optional: UHO Sales
With UHO Labor, all UHO Representatives can earn commission on jobs secured for The Company.
